Developed, supervised the manufacturing, and oversaw the deployment of the first commercial hybrid C-Band - Ku-Band MicroSat 2-way earth station.  Project achieved a Ku-Band satellite uplink sale price of $1400. for data in to RF out.
Developed and implemented numerous wireless wide area networks for school districts in the United States.  Projects typically consisted of more than 30 to 75 buildings needing IP connectivity in each district.
Developed and deployed an extensive number of packet based satellite and terrestrial networks, including ATM, Frame Relay, DVB, IP.  Many of these networks carried toll quality voice, synchronous data and IP data on the same composite channel, and included full mesh satellite applications.
Developed and deployed numerous IP Telephony networks including satellite, terrestrial, and wireless.
Deployed first broadband Internet-2 connections internationally via satellite, including integration of complex TCP acceleration systems, edge of network content distribution and on demand caching.
